The basic requirement of the application of shrinking wrapping methods is that the product should be rigid enough and should have minimum one flat bounding surface.
It is available for the forming of little collective packaging, e.g. for the wrapping of books, tins, diary and refrigerated products, cosmetics, drinks in carton and bottle packaging.
On demand we can put the emblem of environment protection or any other note on the product, or we can offer it micro-perforated in full width.
Application of shrink-caps and hoses:
Mainly for the collective and protective wrapping of loading units packaged for delivery on pallet. But it can be used for the wrapping of special sized, flat shaped products. It is an excellent advertising medium; it offers the wrapped product on itself.
The advantage of the shrink-cap is that it clamps and fixes the product to the pallet with uniform clamping force preventing the slippage. It is expedient to use it for products which are liable to slide apart and in the case of high loading units. It gives protection against weather and moisture so the pulverulent, paper-bagged products can be stored outside. Its use is spreading for the wrapping of construction products (e.g. brick, tile).
In the glassworks they mainly use the shrink-cap wrapping method, because of its optimal mechanical properties that allows the proper protection of the glasswork products.
On demand we can supply it with vent-holes of 4 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm diameters in optional distribution.
Form of appearance:
Biaxial and mono-axial products (shrink-hoses, slotted hoses and flat shrink-films) biaxial shrink-caps and folded shrink-hoses.
Characteristics of the shrink-films:
Transparent, glossy, high-strength, flavour and smell-less, mono-axial and biaxial shrinking, physiologically harmless, totally recyclable, resistant to reagents, liquid-tight, weldable, cold-resistant.
