LAplast Kft. professes that a service assures its credibility if it itself is also based on and develops according to these norms, therefore we have accomplished compliance with European quality standards, with the requirements of quality management system MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2001, according to which we undertake the following:

- in order to provide high-standard service, LAplast Kft. pays special attention to the exact satisfaction of needs, to the completion of undertaken duties until deadlines, and to flexibility in case of the change of the requirements;

- we carry out our activity according to the needs of our customers, the related rules, laws and standards,

- we choose our suppliers and subcontractors on the basis of their experience, reliability and professional reputation, and we follow their work with special attention,

- we provide employees who perform work and those who assess the quality of work with the necessary training,

- it is also important for us to apply up-to-date techniques and technology, which are constantly updated by the management,

- in the course of acquisition, we pay maximal attention to quality and the interests of our customers,

- in our plant, we create working conditions that do not only meet the requirements of occupational safety, but also facilitate high quality work, which is, at the same time, comfortable for employees,

- we pay special attention to make our activity favourable - or at least harmless - from the point of view of environmental protection,

- we commit ourselves to constant quality improvement and to the development of Integrated Management System, continuously striving to get to know our customers' needs as thoroughly as possible.
