The four-layer product consists of a vacuum formed film, a sealing film and the covering film. The covering film is a PE film laminated with metallized BOPP or PET film.

It is produced in 3 cell size:

1 "REFLEX MINI": diameter of 6 mm
2 "REFLEX MIDI": diameter of 10 mm
3 "REFLEX MAXI":diameter of 22 mm

Characteristics of the "REFLEX" four-layer metallized air-cushioned film:
The film can be made by using natural or coloured in material fire retardant additive (according to DIN 4102):
B1 barely combustible
B2 moderately combustible
B3 easily combustible

UV stabilized or instabilized, antistatic or not, physiologically harmless, resistant to reagents and not sensitive to temperature variation.

(-40C - +60C), good heat and sound insulating material, elastic, has good cushioning effect, easily weldable, environment friendly, reusable, in summer heat-reflecting and in winter heat-insulating film.
